Moms Out Running Everywhere- This blog is for moms to discuss the everyday challenges and rewards of running and being a mom. It is also a reminder to us that there is MORE to us than being moms. We come together with different backgrounds, beliefs, experiences, but we share a common goal, to somehow fit running into our busy lives.

Easter Wishes
Happy Easter to all of our followers! Like many of you, I will be having my family over for Easter brunch, which means I will be busy cooking and eating. I am hoping that I will wake up feeling ambitious and try to go out for a run in the morning before I have to start getting everything ready. That way I can enjoy all the goodies and not feel as guilty.

I went for a run with the husband this morning, but haven't had a chance to post about it. It was very windy so I showed him our paseo run, and only made one wrong turn. He was amazed how much we are sheltered from the wind on that run, and it was a really nice morning. I felt good but a little tired in the legs from the running we have done this week. I will take tomorrow off and look forward to our run on Monday 4:30 at Cheesepark unless you guys have a problem. There was no one to discuss it with today. Happy Easter!
I really liked the last two QUOTES for Easter on the home page...
... I did not run Saturday or Sunday. But this Monday morning was a good time to do my usual easy 3 miles with the Easter Sunday celebration still weighing heavy in my stomach.
Easter morning my husband and I enjoyed a nice 2 hour walk on the Santa Monica beach while my son had soccer practice! No worries, taxes done, the four of us had a very Happy Easter Afternoon :-)
I ran with Phydeaux (yes, that's actually how we spell his name)Easter morning before I had to start cooking. I think we ran about 3 miles, but it really seemed farther because when you run with a dog, you have to stop a million times for them to sniff everything and leave their own mark behind. That's probably why I rarely run with him. I'm looking foward to a better workout.
