We Did It
Well we stuck to our goal of running at least 40 minutes when we run so that we can ultimately increase our overall mileage. Unfortunately, we didn't reduce our after run talk time to accommodate the longer run so we got home even later! Oh well....
We did it! It was a lot easier than I thought it would be. It seems like even 3 miles have been hard to do lately, but tonight was much better! Maybe I was just lighter on my feet from my weekend of fasting, or maybe my foot is starting to feel better from the shot! It doesn't matter because it just felt good to get out and run. It would be nice if we could really cut it short and get home before dark, but there are way too many problems to solve, and if we can't solve them, at least we can talk them over with our good friends!

Geez. if we tried to solve all of our problems on our runs, we would be running 24/7.
